The Story
Yesterday seemed like a 36 hour day, not necessarily a bad thing though. I'm sure tired this morning having gone to bed around 3AM, but I definitely had a blast yesterday. I worked my usual 8 hour shift at work, then went over to Little League Dreams or whatever it's called and watched my roomie play softball with his team. They pretty much got destroyed 35 to 7, but it was still fun to watch and cheer and crack jokes.
After that I headed home for a bit and played some guitar hero to unwind until I went to Erik's house for his 21st birthday. I signed up on a guitar hero scoreboard at www.scorehero.com just for fun to see how I rank in the world. Amazingly after just a few songs posted I'm already in the top 2,000. Not bad for a little Redding boy like myself.
I headed on over to Erik's house to watch his mom drink him into the floor. There was some family and friends there, overall a really fun group of people. After 2-3 drinks he started getting sickish and ended up laying on the couch, despite our comments like "pansy" and "freshman" etc. We finally headed over to Movies 11 to watch the final Bourne movie. Needless to say, it was BADASS. I couldn't think of a better way to finish an exciting day than watching Matt Damon beat some knowledge into an assassin with a book.
After that long day I find myself dragging through today, waiting for tonight where I will be wandering over to Ross' place where he is putting together a little shindig. I'm sure there will be more fun stories. Hopefully this time I won't have to risk peeing in front of girls chit-chatting in his bathroom haha.
